How to enjoy
For broth: simmer a tablespoon or two in water for 15-20 minutes, strain, and drink warm or use as a cooking base. For grains: add a teaspoon to the cooking water for quinoa, rice, or lentils. For seasoning: sprinkle directly on roasted vegetables, mushrooms, or meats before cooking. Works as a dry rub base and in vinaigrettes and dressings too.
