How to enjoy

Hot: 1 teaspoon of loose herbs in 8oz of 212°F water, steep 5-7 minutes. The herbs are gentle enough to steep longer without turning bitter. Cold brew: 4-6 teaspoons in 1 quart of room-temperature water, steep 4-6 hours in the fridge. A touch of honey pairs especially well with the lavender.
