Why we like it
- Single-origin from Biketti estate in Tamil Nadu, India, at 7,000ft elevation; high-altitude tea has more developed flavor
- Decaffeinated using a non-toxic CO2 process that strips 97% of the caffeine while preserving the flavor; no chemicals, no bitterness
- Whole-leaf form lets the tea unfurl freely; reinfuses 1-2 times with a slightly different cup each steep
