How to enjoy
Whisk 1-2 teaspoons of matcha with 8oz of 170-180°F water for about 3 minutes until frothy. For a latte, use less water and add hot or cold milk to taste. The supplier doesn't recommend boiling water, it makes matcha bitter; aim just below a simmer.
