How to enjoy
Sift ½ teaspoon into a warmed bowl or cup. Add 1-2oz of 180°F water and whisk until foamy. Drink straight as a traditional matcha, pour over ice for iced matcha, or add milk for a latte. Also excellent in smoothies, baked goods, and ice cream.
