Southern Gothic Peach Bourbon Black Tea
A black tea blend that drinks like a Southern summer night: caramelized peach, a touch of bourbon warmth, and a whisper of smoke from Lapsang Souchong. Less bright sugary peach, more peach flambéed with brown sugar; deep, layered, and a little dramatic.
Non-GMO · Gluten-Free · High Caffeine
Why we like it
- Real dried peach and three different black teas (Assam, Ceylon, and a touch of smoky Lapsang Souchong) layered together; complex without being busy
- The smoke is subtle, just enough to give the peach depth, never enough to taste like campfire
- Makes one of the best iced teas in the catalog; reviewers describe it as childhood summer in a glass
Details
- Maker: August Uncommon Tea
- Size: 50g (15 cups), 100g tin (28 cups), or 250g (70 cups)

How to enjoy
Hot: 212°F water, 3.5g (about 2 teaspoons) of leaves per 10oz, steep 4-5 minutes. Reinfuses 1-2 times. A splash of milk softens the tannins and amplifies the peach. Iced: brew the same way with just 3oz of hot water, then dilute with 7oz cold water and pour over ice; a touch of sugar makes a luscious peach iced tea.
