Korean Seaweed Vegan Broth
The vegan version of our Korean miyeok-guk: a seaweed-rich soup built on a deep vegetable broth of shiitake mushroom, onion, and garlic, ready in just two minutes. 62% organic seaweed, the highest concentration we carry, with the same Korean mom approved taste.
Vegan · Real ingredients · No artificial flavoring · Naturally rich in iodine and minerals · Contains gluten and wheat (from soy sauce)
Why we like it
- Real seaweed and a slow-built shiitake-onion-garlic broth, not a powdered vegetable bouillon; you can taste the umami depth
- 62% seaweed by weight, more seaweed than any soup in our pantry; the broth lets the seaweed actually be the star
- Genuinely fast: drop a soup cube in a bowl, add hot water, wait 2 minutes; faster than boiling pasta
